What this quote is saying is that when your enthusiastic you have more energy you have more fun and you have more excitement towards things. When you are not enthusiastic you don't have energy to do things you find everything boring. When you are enthusiastic things are more fun to do you want to keep doing them over and over again, most people when they are enthusiastic they are most likely to be a positive and happy person. Enthusiasm can make a difference because it can make you look at things in different perspectives like the things that are boring to other people are fun to you when people are sad your enthusiasm can make them happy or put a smile on their face. You can spread happiness and positive energy to others that are sad and negative about things or life. Its like if you were to sell an item or product you wouldn't want to buy it from a person that just talks and talks about the product and makes it seem boring and not interesting to buy but instead you want to buy the product from a person that is enthusiastic about selling the product and making you want to buy the product.

What this means is that its not always about winning but it is about doing the right thing. For example lets say you have a game for the sport you are in and you want your team to win so for you to make that come true you need to do the right thing and play fair and play right, if you win or lose it doesn't matter because you did the right thing and you tried your best in doing it. People will look up to you at the end because you always do the right thing no matter what and they will say he/she is a wonderful person they are always doing whats right they never get into any trouble and they are always helping people out when they need help.Most people think its always about winning when its not its about doing the right thing, having fun, and doing the best you can.If you do the right thing and lose it doesn't matter because people will be proud of you doing the right thing and not winning.

What this quote is saying is that if you chose the right path to lead your life and not how to achieve your dreams then the karma itself will deal on its own and the dreams will come to you. I think that if you do chose the right path to led your life then good thins will happen to you like you'll have a great future you will have good luck through out every thing you do in life and you will gain great fortune by doing all the things you've been doing and putting your dreams aside and letting them come to you on its own. Like Dr. Randy Pausch said the karma will take care of itself then you shouldn't worry about that and worrying about if your going to have a successful are great things going to come to you etc, all you need to do is chose the right way to led your life and the karma will take care of itself and the dreams will come to you with out you even noticing. After you choose the right way to led your life in then great things will come to you with out you even noticing they are coming your way.

 What this is saying is that when you've done the work for this country you can show others what that work showed you.For example lets say that you do something good for your country and it took you a while for you to accomplish that work, then you finally say you are done with what you've been wanting to accomplish and people ask what what did it take for you to accomplish it or what did the work showed you. You say is it showed me how to educated my body into doing whats right and whats wrong, it taught me how think calmly on what to do and not over think many things when their not that important to over think, but out of all it showed me my character and who i really am and how i really acted it showed me how to gain dignity and how to have respect for others. Also that it is saying that you are giving spiritual and moral training to those who are going to accomplish what you've accomplished and that are going to decide the nation's destiny. You are also showing other people how to help others and be a good person, how to gain character and how to respect others. 

                                                            

 Medical/ Health Volunteer Opportunities 

• Girls on the run : this is a program where you can help girls from 3rd to 8th grade become confident, become joyful, and become healthy. To volunteer here you need to have the certain things have a back ground check, be at least 16 years of age have the passion to encourage other girls in the LA county. 
•  ST. Joseph/ ST. Jude medical center: This hospital gives you the opportunity to work in different departments like running internal errands and escorting patients or visitors throughout the hospital. For you to be a volunteer here you must be at least a sophomore in high school.  
• Long Beach Memorial: This hospital volunteer work varies such as escorts,  guest greeters, messengers etc. To apply to be a volunteer here you need to be 15-17 years old, need to have a gpa of 3.0 or higher, a copy of immunization record and attending orientation.

What this is saying is that you should take responsibility for your body,mind,spirit, physical,mental,and spiritual well being. Like if you don't take responsibility for your body then your body will be a total mess.If you don't take responsibility for your mind then your mind will be on its own and won't be responsible and conscious of what its doing and you'll be doing bad things and things you aren't supposed to be doing. For example lets say its finals week at school you have to study for all these tests you having to take during that week and projects you have to turn in on the week, and you're in a sport or club and you have to study for every test so you can pass the class and then you have to do the projects that are due that same week as well then you need to go practice. All of this is in you mind and if you don't take control of it you'll get stressed out and start feeling anxious This affects you physically and mental because you are stressed out and your mind is in its own place and you don't do anything over it because you aren't taking responsibility for it and then your body starts hurting because of all the things you've been doing to get everything done at once and your body is tired and your not giving it the rest your body needs to function. 

LAUSD student services 

  Some student services are students taking their A-G requirements. They also need to pass their classes with a " C" and they need to have 210 credits by the end of the year to graduate.They are preparing us for the 21st century because for you to get a job and keeping it requires more high thinking skills. When you apply to a college or university you apply and look for the rite one for you to go to. When you are applying for college or universities you can also apply for scholarships so it can help you go to the college or university you want to go to. With these student services the give you, you can be prepared and informed well about what they require for you to do like what kind of classes do you need to take to graduate, how many credits do you need, what are some good colleges and universities to go to. Also what are some good colleges for you to attend that you will like and have the classes you need to take. If you need to make up classes and get the credits you didn't get then you can do LAUSD online learning so you can take the classes you need to make up and get the credits you need to graduate on your own time.They give you lots of resources and links to help you find what you are looking for.
